On a side note we've finally got down to actually starting with printing our first lot of books, so keep an eye out in the next couple of days on the blog for more news about that!

Kathryn Newman has been doing a drawing a day with no particular theme on her blog for about a month now. So far so good. Now every month Ghostwood Press plan to release a book collating each months drawings. Here's some preview pages from the first months book.

We're getting there

It's been a while, but we've finally got some news! Books are starting to get finished, they're coming off the screen and working their way onto paper. It's all very exciting seeing and holding almost finished books. They're all still very rough but it's getting there. So we thought we'd share with you some of the rough mock ups that are hot out of the printer.
Firstly, here are two photos of Kathryn Newman's beautiful comic book, 'Nervous Tic'. This is the first issue, there are plans to make a second and hopefully then make a series of them. The comic book is mostly autobiographical with four individual stories on 15 pages. It's coming together quite nicely!
We have also just this second printed out the first rough copy of Adrian Curcher's revised Bums now in colour and on beautiful slate grey card with a fold out poster (pictured above) it's all very exciting!
